Measuring carbon sequestration in organic beef production

Jimi would like to investigate options to help him accurately measure the carbon footprint of his organic beef production.

Carbon sequestration through building organic matter content in their soils was the biggest determinant in reducing their carbon footprint and Jimi does regular tests of organic matter levels through NRM Loss on Ignition method, however he would like to achieve a more robust system to show the "true" cost of production in terms of carbon/kg of beef.
