It's been another year of progress for Innovative Farmers. There are now more than 1,700 farmer and grower members, with 300 currently involved in field labs and 20 research institutions supporting them.
With almost 60 field labs on the go, farmers and growers are involved all the way from Aberdeen to Ambridge, with Pip joining a group trialling diverse leys on The Archers. And there's been stories about the groups’ research in the farming press every week of the year with recent features on Countryfile and Farming Today.
This journal showcases some of the people and projects behind these achievements:
Thank you to everyone featured in the journal, and to all the farmers, researchers and co-ordinators who make up the network.
